One of the most beautiful lessons we had on retreat, was when we decided to divide each other for different Hikes. One Group decided to stay, another took a slower walk, and another one for the BIG 5 hours hike.IT WAS AWESOME and filled with learnings. We got confused and had to turn around, in that moment our spirits were a bit defeated and also un-sure if our guide Neil, knew well the road etc.

Leandro led a quick circle, in wich he said. Hey, there is always a leader and we all trust that leader. We trust that he/she is doing the best to guide us. And if he/she makes a mistake, we keep trsuting him/her.

Bless for that and Happy New Moon.

New moon quincunx Uranus can make it hard to settle and relax as your intuition senses change or some drama on the way. A build up of energy in your system can feel exciting but also a little scary…

It is important to be flexible and adapt to changing conditions. If you resist change and become arrogant or disruptive you will suffer losses or miss out on important opportunities. An adjustment is needed whether you are forced to make changes or you find a different way forward yourself. Doing something a slightly different way could make all the difference, making life easier for yourself and those around you.

The Path Through Obstacles

By Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche

Obstacles aren’t to be avoided. When we apply the right antidotes, they are the path itself. Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche diagnoses the different types of obstacles we face and prescribes the proper remedies.

Laziness is such a big obstacle that it deserves special attention. Laziness can keep us from ever getting to our meditation seat. It can also manifest as busyness or — at the other end of the spectrum — feeling disheartened. Once we do sit down to meditate, it can keep us from relating properly to the practice technique. Although it occurs on every level, the obstacle of laziness is always connected with our view. The antidote to this obstacle is inspiration. We need to start over.
